Stress and anxiety is essentially a whole-body response to any external or internal stimuli. They can be anything such as an internal thought or external stimulation. Short-term stress in small doses is beneficial, causing our bodies to chemically prepare our mind and body for challenging situations. How do we stimulate an internal mind-body environment that allows the body to respond to stressful situations appropriately, yet remains free from long-term harm?

How Does This Work?

As chronic stress and anxiety symptoms develop into physical manifestations of pain, even though early on they are felt as sensations and emotions, for the body to be at ease, it needs to be pain-free. In order to be pain-free, the body needs appropriate physical and energetic space in order to expand and heal. A deep and subtle touch therapy is used to slowly relax and stretch the body.
This is done with and without guided breathing , however visualizations and additional guided movements are done to enhance that space-creation and establish that in the mind-body connection. After that, with breathwork, sound and movement, very specific points in the body are softened, slowly to facilitate stagnant emotional, energetic and physical release.

Post-treatment, most people report that their posture, eating, and sleeping habits are significantly improved. The benefits usually last up to 6 months, and to firmly establish the improvements and changes, at least 3 sessions of 2.5 hours are needed.
